Fountain additive AZ 2202
New fountain additive specially
designed for alcohol damping systems of offset shedfeed
and web presses like Muller, Timson, Form-Consulta, Drent,
Goebel. This product its tested on the best shedfeed offset
machines like Komori, Heidelberg, KBA, Man-Roland, Mitsubishi,
Planeta, Aurelia, Nebiolo and Akiyama.
It can be used for alcohol, Ipar or traditional dampening
systems with a low precentage of isopropylics and derivates.
Main characteristics:
high ability pad: (pure Ph: acidity 4)
it can keep a variations for an extra factor like calcium
carbonate, paper residues, ink and solvents.
low surface tension: helps to create
a thin and uniform film of water solution on the form
plate, reducing the quantity needs to have a perfect ink/water
solution in a meantime.
This product do not contain isopropylic alcohol
and derivates. AZ 2202 contains
antiseaweeds, antifoaming and is antocorrosive.

AZ 2202
hard/medium calcium carbonate water.
AZ 2202 S
osmosis treated and/or low hardeness calcium carbonate
water advised dilutions: 2-4%.
the mixing percentage may vary of product in the fluid
circulating in each machine, the system of dampening,
etc.
