Replacement of transport carriages wagen inside the delivery unit Roland with thoroughly overhauled ones.
Replacement of gripper tips and gripper pads of the impression cylinders and wagen units.
Replacement of the conveyor chains of sheet carriages wagen and delivery carriages with new chains and relevant couplings.
Adjustment and setting up operations on damping and inking units to remove roller strokes and roller streaks.
Check of transmission and adjustment devices of the various
exchange phases so as to correct overlapping errors during
the impression of the sheets (see splitting and mis-register).
Print proofs and mechanical tests.
